Battlefield V Deluxe Edition installed ?

Not sure where to post this ...

I purchased Battlefield V bundle including Battlefield 1 addons but also says Deluxe Edition and shows it's installed in manage apps however in -game shows to still purchase it. I'm guessing it's just showing to purchase it regardless but how can I know
if it really is installed ?

I have same issue have contacted EA they say I only have standard edition. I have sent them screen shots as well as contacted xbox who states my acct has the deluxe upgrade and seeing as EA won't give entitlement because they say I dont own the deluxe. This
is what you are seeing correct? Seeing as mine was a gift they say my receipt must have date, time, amount paid for game along with gamer tag and email plus the screen shot of all cases and content cards. I've sent them all of it but they still won't fix they
say my recipe is no good due to no dollar amount they are in India so gift receipts dont exist there. All I say is good luck just another game thrown in trash to never buy EA game again

Thank you for reaching out. Regardless of which version of BFV you purchase, you will see the standard version installed on your console. The extra content which comes with the Deluxe edition will show up within the game and consists of:

• Five Sets of Paratrooper Outfits: Battlefield V Deluxe Edition lets you customize your soldiers with five Special Soldier Sets containing stunning weapon skins, camo patterns, head gear, and face paint for British Special Air Service and German Airborne
troops. Choose these five Sets from eight available when deploying into Battlefield V.

• Special Assignments: Battlefield V Deluxe Edition includes Special Assignments for the British Special Air Service, inspired by the unit’s true-to-life raids on German air bases, and Special Assignments for the German Fallschirmjäger troops, based
on the defense of airfields on the North African coastline. In addition, Battlefield V Deluxe Edition includes Starter Assignments – test your skills on the battlefield and gain rewards.

• 20 Weekly Items with Airlift: Battlefield V Deluxe Edition lets you receive vital supplies with 20 weekly Airlifts, each containing one customization item.

I would say check under the My Apps & Games section to see if it installed the game already without you realizing it.

It will also take up a certain amount of space which you can check. You can try playing it. If you can open it and play it then it's definitely installed. DLC's sometimes have to be installed the way Chiefjoboo suggested. With games like battlefield, Cod
etc not all maps are released at once, So you may only be able to access the ones available now.

Not sure what your question is but it definitely appears that it is something EA Sports would need to resolve.

Deluxe edition gives cosmetic unlocks in game.

Check the deluxe editions brief from BFV's website:

"With the Battlefield V Deluxe Edition, you’ll be able to customize your Company of soldiers with Special Soldier Sets containing stunning weapon skins, camo patterns, head gear, and face paint for the British Special Air Service and German Airborne
troops.

No special forces unit is more storied than the British SAS, who dropped behind enemy lines during some of the most perilous missions of the war. Similarly, the German Fallschirmjäger troops defended their air bases from invaders. The Battlefield V Deluxe
Edition lets you bring in these special forces from the beginning of your journey."

So you might have already unlocked these.Check you customization menu during multiplayer modes.
