Battlefield Promo pricing

Made a purchase of 2 licenses for 2 Microsoft accounts for Battlefield 4 only one was processed seems some technical issue on Microsoft processing. However , with the promo of free play and EA access didn't notice until after promo ended; and no longer
can access game that purchase wasn't complete. Since promotion price of 4.99 as ended is there a way to purchase at promo price, instead of 29.99 current price.

Battlefield 4 is not 100% off, the DLC Naval Strike is 100% off. The NHL pricing might be wrong though.

 

Battlefield 3 Promo Bundle Skins

Last night while playing a match I was knifed by a player wearing ACU Delta (basically ACU pattern with coyote brown). Upon further research I learned this skin was part of a Dr Pepper promo much like the ME2 code downloads. I also found the Battlefield
3 Promo Bundle available on Xbox.com but it wont allow me to download this as it wasnt available in North America. Has anyone heard or have any knowledge if these skins will be released down the road or how to get them now? The Dr Pepper promo is over for
Battlefield 3 btw.

 

Sorry, but once a promo ends, there is no way to get that price again unless it goes on sale again.

 

This has happened to me too can't even get on the game now and Microsoft have done nothing about it.
