Battlefield One Pre-order early enlister edition cancellation

I spoke with a few Xbox customer service members by calling the 1(800)-469-9269 [1-800-4MY-XBOX] and selecting the Account & Billing option to speak with a representative. My one and only concern and request was to have my pre-order cancelled and refunded
to my account. However, the reps seemed to not have been able to process a cancellation for the pre-order for whatever reason. According to them, there was an error and a direct quote from the manager who I spoke with "there's just no button for us to press
that will allow us to do that". I spoke with one person who referred me to another number to call with inquiries about marketplace purchases and then the woman I spoke with over the phone at that number explained to me that my concern should have been handled
by the 1-800-4MY-XBOX people, which is exactly what I already knew, but I believe it was more important to her to decide to railroad me to someone else since it was just before 10 p.m. Pacific time which by the way is when they apparently close, because by
the time I was going to call Microsoft "customer support" back, they had closed. So I got an email that night from "Mercy" the lady I spoke with originally and who seemed to be under the impression that my concern should have been handled by whoever she sent
me to. But the email she sent me included a request from her to include a time and date for when I would prefer a call back, the only stipulation being that I responded to the email. So I responded to that email and requested that I could be contacted on the
following day at 7 p.m. Pacific time, of course. The.email also said that it would take 24 hours for them to process my request. So the following day I received no call back but just another email which said the exact same thing. So, since I wasn't going to
wait for them to ignore me again or wait 24 hours to see if maybe I'd get a call back, I simply decided to call the 1-800-4MY-XBOX number like any sensible person with half a brain would do and I had to explain my situation to another representative who handles
Account & Billing. He understood my case and supposedly attempted to cancel my pre-order, however he said that he didn't have the option to do so and he simply referred me to the forums that are according to him "for the prestigous customers" who are special
because we have the preview program and made it seem as if my whole entire problem revolves around the preview program, simply because I happen to have subscribed to be a part of it. Somehow my billing concern deserves to be posted worldwide to players and
Microsoft employees alike to read as they wish and apparently it will somehow help me. So I told him that I thought it was entirely ridiculous that he would pawn me off "as had happened to me before", and he transfered me to his manager whom I spoke with about
the same concern and explained to him that I found it odd that I should post something about my concern because in no way can I imagine this helping me. So here I am, after Microsoft got off the phone with me at all costs, I'm posting this to seek help so
that somebody out in the world can explain to me why Microsoft can't process my refund and simply cancel my pre-order. If any actual Microsoft employees read this, I would appreciate and feedback and actual help, since they insured me that actual employees
are participating in monitering these posts.

Battlefield 1 pre-order 8000 rewards point never received for Early Enlisted Edition.

Never received my 8000 rewards point for pre-order of Battlefield 1 Early Enlister Edition.

 

Battlefield 1 PREMIUM question, for ppl who bought Early Enlister Deluxe Edition on DAY 1

Well.. here is my case i pre ordered Battlefield 1 Early Enlister Deluxe Edition on the DAY 1.

At that day you only have 2 editions to pre order on the marketplace, the Early Enlister Deluxe Edition and Standard.

I pre ordered Early Enlister Deluxe Edition but today i noticed that a so called "ULTIMATE EDITION" is available now.

The point is that ULTIMATE EDITION includes Battlefield PREMIUM, and i am PREMIUM on all the previous Battlefield editions, i searched the entire, marketplace and cant find a way to UPGRADE my pre order to ULTIMATE, and neither found a way to buy PREMIUM
access sepparately,

The question is, ppl like me who bought Early Enlister Deluxe Edition can buy PREMIUM access at a different price of ppl who bought Standard Edition? Or we gonna feell scammed, expendind 90 bucks for an edition that dont includes PREMIUM access? (sorry
for my expressions but is what i can feel and dont find another word to express it)

I really want to know if we, the ppl who bought Early Enlister Deluxe Edition of Battlefield 1, can be able to buy PREMIUM access at a differential price. (considering that at DAY 1 of pre order, the ULTIMATE EDITION was not available on marketplace)

I am attempting to post a screenshot of the email that I received just a little bit ago from Microsoft and I will post a screenshot of my response.

 

I tried to connect screenshots to show valid proof of all my actions and the responses from Microsoft, but after trying to upload and insert a file from my phone through my file manager, gallery, photos, and another way, it simply won't allow me to put pictures
on here because the file type is a .png and it doesn't like that.

 

The other point I tried to relay to Microsoft was that the game (Battlefield One Early Enlister Edition) is $79.99 however it is $71.99 with EA access. This is easy to figure out by simply going to the store on your Xbox One and looking up Battlefield One
and reading exactly where it says exactly what I just stated. However all the Microsoft employees that I spoke with about this were unable to accept that I was correct and went about looking it up. They concluded that the price was still $79.99. It is, but
with EA access it is $71.99. Another Microsoft employee told me it was actually $69.99 with EA access, which just made things even more complicated to think about. I could really care less what anybody thinks about hoe much things cost and whatever source
they get their information from is clearly false. I just need a refund.

 

Hey Alaska power! Because the game was pre-ordered on a preview Xbox console it is a true pre-order. You will not be charged until 7-10 days before launch. The only way to cancel a pre-order is through phone or chat support, however if they continue to be
