Battlefield not working

I have downloaded the Battlefield Hardline but I can't play the game. I'm being prompted to purchase the game but I already did on my main account with the Deals with Gold. What do I need to do?

Hi Sally! Just to let you know, the Battlefield Hardline is just an add on. You need the base game which is Battlefield 4 before you can play the DLCs that come with it. If you have the base game and you're still unable to play, you need to make sure that
the Xbox Live account who has purchased the game is set as Home Console so other Xbox profiles on your console can also play the game.

Uh, no. Battlefield Hardline is a completely separate game from BF4. That's the "cops n' robbers" one. It is not an add-on to BF4.

Some people have been having a little confusion lately. Did you download the Battlefield game
for free around a couple weeks to a month ago? If so, you did not actually purchase the game,
you were just taking advantage of the promotional period when "EA Access" was free to use for a while.

It's just a guess, so correct me if I'm wrong.

Otherwise, another thing is that sometimes EA offers the Battlefield DLCs for free every once in a while with the "Deals for Gold" lineup. That's just an expansion, not the full game, so it's not playable in that manner.

 

I reckon this "posting" *** is not the best way to tend to your costemers, anyway, you can prove me wrong by sorting out my problem.

I can't launch my Battlefield 4 and it keeps asking if I have the licences for it when I was playing it on my xbox one just one day before it started saying this ***.

Also I'd like to be off the preview or whatever you call it.

Much appreciated if you could comply.

 

Another thing, I can't even find on how to check the repliess to my message.

So *** off at this ***, the format of this sight and how you can't get direct help, at least not that I know of, I only want to be off the preview cause "apparently" that's the only way I will be able to launch my Battlefield 4.

Apologies for any confusion. To opt out of the preview program, you will need to do that from within the Preview App on your Xbox One. Please keep in mind that opting out of the preview will reset your Xbox One to Factory Settings and require you to re-install
your games.
