    I have recently purchased battlefield hardline premium on the 360. I own the game in xbox one and will one day purchase the same game on the 360 for the kids to play also. I purchased the premium in the 360 as it states you purchase on the 360 and you get
    free access to the xbox one. A deal I am aware and have used with the previous title. I have now purchased and was trying to install on the xbox one but to no avail. It is currently asking me to pay the full amount for the pre order. Please could anyone help.
    I have hard reset twice and nothing worked.

    Thanks in advance if this can be answered. It may be fine after midnight tonight. I'm hoping it will be. These season pass upgrades have not been smooth for me in fairness

    Just rechecked and it's still asking me to pay again for this premium. Rather annoying. I don't see the point in using the upgrade anymore as it just causes these problems.

    I am still unable to download my gorge map on call of duty from the same type of deal.
