Battlefield Hardline will not install.

Yesterday, March 20th, I digitally bought Battlefield Hardline from the Xbox Store on my One. I set it to install hoping that it would speed along as I had two friends already playing and I wanted to join them, but it only seemed to stall and hog all of
the bandwidth. I cancelled it, restarted my Xbox, cleared the cache, and retried it and it provided the same issue. I said screw it, set it to download over night and passed out. I woke up hoping that by some miracle, it'd be downloaded. Although it did begin
the download process, over the span of 8-9 hours, it only progressed 3%. Can someone please help me with this?

Battlefield hardline

I bought a premium game battlefield hardline, but I can not download add-ons. asks for payment of the supplement. what can be done to install add-ons

 

games missing from my ready to install section in the my games and apps, also there are games i hadnt puchased showing in that section

i have alot of missing games i own that are not in the ready to install section of the my games app on x1, there are others like battlefield hardline, fifa 14 and 15, battlefield 4 that i never purchased but are showing up in my ready to install section?
what can i do?

 

Im guessing that it could be down to the amount of traffic with everyone trying to download it at the same time with it being a popular game, i would say either wait it out or if you think the problem is something else phone support.

 

How fast is your internet? When I downloaded it it seemed like it wasn't progressing very fast, but I think it was downloading and installing at the same time because I could hear the hard drive crunching away. I don't know how long it took to fully get
installed because I just left it alone overnight and was done by the next morning.

 

I have a few friends who downloaded the digital version, none reported any issues, one did say though it took about 3 hours but he hasn't got the fastest connection.

Have you checked with your own broadband provider to make sure there isn't any issues anywhere?

Xbox LIVE seems ok for me today, I downloaded a game and a demo and all seemed ok there.

I know people have reported connection issues with the game when playing online but not sure that would affect downloading the game from Xbox LIVE? I could be wrong though.

The Internet I currently have is much faster than the one I had before, which never gave me issues until today.
