Battlefield Hardline Impression

I palyed some BF HArdline with my buddies over the weekend and I must say we are all quite surprised how much fun it actually is. People with EA Access should definitely give it a try. The Game modes are very fun and alot of them require good teamwork.

Sad to see so few players playing this game. We played sunday in the afternoon EST and even though there were many games available, some game modes were not populated very well.

Where are all the Battlefield Players? This franchise cannot die... Frostbite is the best engine for shooters by far!

Like any bad relationship, once trust is lost it is over.

 

Game hasnt been released yet. Have a bit ofr patience and im sure once people can actually buy the game there will be more players.

 

I played the trial (will get the retail later today) and I must say.... the final version was much better than the beta that was out a few weeks ago... game seems to run smooth, coding seems to be MUCH better than BF4... then again.. DICE had nothing to
do with it...

 

Some reviewers are saying it's laughable. Like you can pretty much walk up to the enemies and hold up your badge and they surrender. There are a bunch of clips and it looks shockingly bad.

After BF4, I won't even bother with another BF game.

 

well they added a non lethal take down.. at least in campaign.. I have to see it in MP... it is kind of like the knife animations in previous BFs 3-4. Not a bad idea as you get more money for non lethal.. more money means more weapons as all weapons need
to be purchased

 

Well it's encouraging to hear it's off to such a bad start.

Like "Dead Space 3" it's probably a good game but like "Dead Space 3" it's EA's greed getting the better of them and you'd have to throw over £100.00 to get the full experience from the game.

I've taught EA a lesson with my wallet in the past and I have no trouble doing it again now.

Shame if it's a good game but there are enough good games out there that this one won't be missed.

I played all Large Conquest games last night. 32 v 32 the game ran smoothly. From 12:00 to 3:00 AM the servers only crashed once and I didn't see any issues at all.
You guys are missing a great game.

 

Like I mentioned in other threads recently, I was really lucky and won a copy of this and Final Fantasy in a competition I entered.

Hardline, not interested in the MP but will give the campaign a go. Hearing mixed things about it at the moment, some said it's just a sloppy SP stuck on, others said it's quite enjoyable, a new twist of the Battlefield campaigns of old.

I shall see what I think in a few days.
