Battlefield hardline hit or miss

according to digital foundry the xbox one version is 720p could be why the map looks pretty bad compared to bf4

 

The frame rate holds up pretty well in Conquest (64 Players). That's all I care about.

 

it does yh coz on the ps4 beta last year it dropped to 40fps in certain modes

 

haven't had a problem in any mode with lag, tearing, frame rate etc, its been smooth.

 

the resolution is bad, BF4 was 720p but that was at launch and it used kinect motion, it is not acceptable that they didn't improve it even after all the updates MS did.

 

its a beta, on all betas I have played the graphics have been scaled down TF was a good example.

 

i hope this is the case, cause PS4 is at 900p, and i read somewhere that EA has stated that resolution for BF hardline will be thame scenario as BF4

not so much the res.. its the shading. There is not details. I was driving one of the cars, was a solid color, no depth, no shades, no reflections or shadows... was kind of yucky looking but again, it is a beta, they are not looking for advice or complaints
on graphics, just game play and game play bugs

 

I don't care about res, I care it plays the same, but will have to wait and see what happens on realise.

 

Forget all ya pointless resolution frame rate jaggie issues haha, the game looks great, someone throw some light on the rules of 'HEIST' , I get it's kinda rush (ish) I've played about 10 games and it's still a bit confusing to me

 

Feels a bit like cod meets bf to me, its fun i have a blast on hotwire but a good heli pilot and decent gunners n the game gets one sided, dunno about other maps obviously but dust bowl especially i have been running a lot of 30+ -0 kd games its so op i
feel bad for the people i gun down especially with that last gunner upgrade mg.

Not sure about the role of rocket launchers either kinda takes the fun away when a squad manages to fully load up on em pretty much one shotting all vehicles.

It's been laggy as hell today tho so havent got a good feel the leveling system seems a bit quick not to sure on the way the customize is, buying a weapon then getting 300 kills to use it on the other team, its a tad annoying getting a new gun then having
to team hop to use it, sniper trail needs to be slightly darker its really hard to see most times n i have fiddled with contrast and brightness etc.

Heist aint to bad its something slightly different, tried the hacker also but that seems a bit daft when an enemy hacker is on i found myself and him basically having a full game hack war over 1 gas turret n a camera lol

I think it'll be a fun game a bit less serious than bf4 but it still feels like i'll get irked by the same sorta things but i'll see how it shapes up and graphics wise i didnt notice to much but then i am saving for a new pc anyway so its the least of my
worries lol

Oh and PLEASE give me a option to turn of auto record, i have about 80 clips from today n theres about 3 that i actually would keep the rest is random recordings it doesnt make much sense :/

 

Oh i aint bothered by res its why i own a xbox and not a pc. i wanna know where the destruction has gone

 

@mack, heist is cops against robbers, the robbers have to blow the vault, grab the loot take it to the extraction point, wait for the extraction and leave without the police returning the loot.theres a number of bags of loot you need to extract before you
win, if you don't get them all the police win.

I agree its not the clearest.
