Battlefield: Hardline Freezing problem

So I got hardline (for Xbox One) in September 2015 and it worked fine for me. 1 Month later in October, the game froze. No big deal right? I thought it was only a 1 time thing. But ever sence that the game freezes like 1 to 5 times a day when i try to get
on it. One day (You probably wont belive this but) it froze 9 times! So I just gave up on trying to get it to work. What i've tryed: 1.Clearing Cache 2.Hard Reseting the Xbox 3.Uninstalling the game 4.Looking up answers and contacting both EA & Microsoft
5.So much more! Nothing I have done has worked. Please help me. This used to be my favorite game, now I can't even play it!

Battlefield hardline problem

Its pretty ugly (I hope this is a "low-res" texture version) but its kinda fun. Like GTA kinda with better gun-play, minus working girls.

 

I am having the same problem, I see no one has replied ,did you ever find out what to do?

 

I had this issue a while ago, the thing that fixed it was contacting Xbox Live support to remove the game license from my account and then adding it back afterwards.

I don't know why, but it doesn't freeze anymore (knock on wood) I'm sorry for anyone who still has this problem.
