Battlefield: hardline criminal activity dlc will not download

Recently, this dlc was made free. However when ever i go to download it, it gives me a screen saying "Somethinh went wrong" then "Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate."
But no error code is given.

Q: What is Battlefield: Hardline?

A: It's a different turn in the Battlefield franchise which is set in a Cops vs Criminals world! You can raid vaults or save hostages, which side will you choose?

Q: When is the release of Battlefield: Hardline?

A: Battlefield: Hardline is expected to become available on March 17, 2015 (US), March 19, 2015 (EU), and March 20, 2015 (UK).

Q: Is there a campaign for Battlefield: Hardline?

A: Yes! Battlefield: Hardline features an episodic campaign that will blur the lines between TV and videogames. In this 10 episode series, you play as a rookie Miami Police detective named Nick Mendoza in a story of crime and revenge. You will be equipped
with the freedom to decide how the missions will be carried out.

Q: How many game modes are there in multiplayer?

A: There are 7 game modes in Battlefield: Hardline. Here is a brief description of each!

• Conquest: A classic game mode for the Battlefield franchise! In this mode, your team must control bases around the map to reduce your enemy teams tickets, which is their ability to respawn. As soon as a team loses all of their tickets,
  it's game over.

• Team Deathmatch: Objective here is simple; shoot the enemy, score the points.
  

• Heist: Criminals will try to pull off a huge job in Heist. The criminals must score two bags of cash and bring it back to their base points, and the Cops must stop that from happening.
  

• Blood Money: A massive amount of cash has been discovered. The criminals are fighting through to score the money, while the cops are trying to secure it for evidence. The team to score the most cash wins.
  

• Hotwire: An epic mode which relies on your driving skills! The criminals must steal marked cars throughout the map while the cops try to repossess them.
  

• Rescue: Rescue is one of two competitive modes in Battlefield: Hardline. This is a mode that lets you step into the boots of a SWAT operative tasked with rescuing hostages from criminals. You must lead your team through dangerous environments
  to rescue. Be careful, as because you only have one shot at pulling this off!

• Crosshair: The second of the two competitive modes is Crosshair, a mode in which you play as a former criminal who is on the run from his former crew. The criminals are trying to take the state witness turned criminal out, while the cops
  are trying escort him to safety. Beware, just one death and you are out for the match.
