Am I missing something here?

I'm in the UK and can't help but feel it is the exact same game - same version - both digital copies (no shipping costs)

I'm new to xbox one but never known this with the 360.

Can somebody let me know whats up here, fair enough if i was buying a physical game, vat and postage etc i understand would cost more, but a digital non physical copy? come on.

Looks like you're being robbed. Almost paying $100 for the game. I wouldn't buy it.

 

The Deluxe edition pre-order is $79.99 here in Canada (via X1 store)..... as I've seen previously, there is trend that games like this will be discounted a couple months after release... ( as was SSOD, Halo, COD, Destiny.....).... I can wait for a price
drop....

There are 3 US version....

Standard for $59.99 or $53.99 (ea Access price) (comes with 3 gold and a versatility pack)

Deluxe edition for $69.99 ($62.99) with 10 gold packs, versatility, suppression and precision

Ultimate Edition for $119.99 or $107.99 (same as above) but with Premium Included as well as a Premium package (more battle packs etc)

but yeah... digital or not... you guys pay a premium... your taxes )VAT) are added into the game price as here in the US, we get charged when checking out...

 

So that $69.99 us price... Would more be added to that at checkout for US buyers?

 

depending on your state... yes, I live in NY and pay close to 8.75%.. and say someone in Nebraska might only have a 5% tax....UK Vat is more like 20% so that is why it is more.. but yeah.. the prices for "imported" goods is more... even tho it is digital...

this old chestnut again, UK price includes all taxes, US listed prices exclude tax, there is also an import tax in this country and the exchange rates are different. if we paid the same as the US then everything in this country would be cheaper, but then
all businesses would go under.
