Ok,I hope this is a joke.So I'm a gold member,I couldn't get Halo:Reach last month because it said "This item isn't avaiable from your current location.",well fine,it happened just once,it's ok.Well,today I wanted to download Battlefield: Bad Company 2,but
guess what?"This item isn't avaiable from your current location."

Reason for BF BC2 isn't working

On my hard drive I have the following files for BF:BC2:

Battlefield Bad Company 2 Title Update -14MB

Battlefield Bad Company 2 Update - 283MB

Battlefield Bad Company 2 Update #2 - 468MB

Battlefield Bad Company 2 Update #3 - 1.7GB

Battlefield Bad Company 2 Title Update #6 - 14MB

Battlefield Bad Company 2 LE Title Update #6 - 14MB

Dunno which ones are necessary but those are what I have.

I assume you mean Battlefield Bad Company 2? There shouldn't be any problem with Battlefield. You can send your issue over to my friends at Answer HQ and they might have a solution.

Which country do you live in and is your gamertag set for the same one? If not then that may be your problem. In order to avoid issues downloading items your gamertag should be set for the same country that you live in.

 

I have the same problem with Battlefield and also had it with Halo. It's frustrating.

 

I did migration once and it worked. But it doesn't seem to work anymore. Get this impression that this error message will NEVER lay off

 

Before Halo,I was able to download every game,meh,I can get over 2 games that I don't think I need.Thank you for the answer,onyx62is,let's hope this problem won't happen with the next game too.Thank you guys for answering so fast.

Do you need an HDTV too play this game???

Because when i look at details under local capabilities it says hardrive under that is required and under that it says HDTV 720p?

so do you need an hdtv too play this or no?

Whether or not you have an HDTV has no bearing on the ability to download an item. As I mentioned earlier, if your gamertag is not set up to the same country that you live in or your country is not an officially Live supported country then you cannot download
the item.

 

dns settings has nothing to do with your physical ip and account region doesn't match
