Battlefield Bad Company 2 Multiplayer not working

I've tried to access the multiplayer on this game, but every time I search for it game, it says there are no games found. What's up with this?

I'm aware that Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is having online issues

"Having difficulty playing multiplayer matches in Battlefield: Bad Company 2? Us too, but we’re currently working with our external partner to resolve this issue. We’re grateful for your patience during this process, Xbox members! We’ll update you again
when we have more information."

But I decided to PURCHASE and download the Vietnam dlc to prepare for when the service comes back on. However, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam will not appear in my Battlefield: Bad Company 2 menu.

I'd like to know if there's anyway to fix this.

I'm having the same issue with BF3 (THREE). And I've had the same issue since the beginning of the year. I only pay for my Xbox account for this game. I don't know why I didn't cancel payment. I went back on today and the issue is still there. Nobody answers
the live chat messages. WHAT'S GOING ON?
