battlefield bad company 2 multiplayer dlc help

hi

due to some unknown reason I am unable to download to bfbc2 multiplayer DLC required for online play on Xbox one. I have tried both on the Xbox home store on my dashboard and on the official Xbox web page every time I try to download it tells my it is not
available in my region which i found odd as my friends who live in the same region as me could download and play the game online with no issues could someone please help me with this issue my region is the united kingdom east anglia.

buying following:

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (appearly this just got taken off?)

Battlefield: Bad Company 2: Vietnam(DLC)

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Onslaugh and Kit Short-cut Bundle Pack (DLC)

All of them are for Gold paid via Mircosoft point cards

where'd they go?

 

There's 7 items to download. Did you hit back button when clicking BC2 in games and apps? That should give you everything except VIP pass. Also retyping VIP code doesn't work if you already used the code back on 360. Then you have to go to xbox.com and
type in Bad Company 2 then look up the VIP pass which is 10MB then click it. It should remember you if you bought BC2 new back then.

 

thanks for the feedback i downloaded the vip dlc and the online mode now works thanks for the help
