    I suggest you try a quick power cycle for the Xbox console, also removing and re-adding his account can help!

    If the issue persists you might want to perform a soft reset for the console.

    I got a game disc, but it says “Trial” under it

    I installed battlefield 5 as a trial it a bit uninstalled and today installed again with ea access and it still thinks I have the trial I'm reinstalling it but I'm not sure
