    I own bf5 and store says i dont ive requested a refund but would instead like to receive my game back instead.

    this is a real issue and so far havent received any help.

    but if i receive a refund and wish to buy the game again off ms / xbox store i shouldnt have to pay current price of £44.99 as i payed the price of £30 and lost access to content.

    This error happened after the new update, so a new update will be required to fix the problem.

    Have you checked the status of your order history for the purchase of the game by signing into your account at account.microsoft.com
