Battlefield 5 on XBOX ultimate

With issues like these, Please try updating your account's privacy settings:

1. Go to Xbox.com and sign in with your Microsoft account.
2. Click the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab.
3. Change all settings to Allow.

After doing this, please follow the steps below:

Clear Mac address: Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Check your NAT type: Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

Remove your account: First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

After doing that, please make sure to sign in using the correct account which contains the game.


Power Cycle your console:

1. Turn off your Xbox by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
   
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller
   

Reset your console: Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

However, if the issue persist, we suggest getting in touch with the game developer to report the issue.

We now have him set up for game pass ultimate but still no luck with battlefield 5. He account is set up as an adult now as well so we are running out of reasons.

I just upgraded to xbox ultimate pass so I could play battlefield 1943 and I have the same issue.
