    Battlefield 5 game says I'm a trial player


    I deleted BFV after playing for a while and decided to download it back after getting hyped for Battlefield 2042. When I loaded in I did the opening campaign mission and then went into multiplayer. After that, it said I couldn't play it because I'm only a trial player.

    Additional information:

    • I have done the basic steps to fix the problem. For example, hard reset, soft reset, factory reset, delete and uninstall, etc.
    • I am gamesharing with another account. The other account has my xbox set to home so I am the person playing the games that they have.
    • The person who is sharing with me has game pass and an EA subscription.
    • I'm on xbox, of course.
    • I have contacted EA support 2-3 times and they all said that everything looks fine on their end. I don't know if they're lying so I just gave up.

    The account that is set to home for gamesharing works fine, but my account does not work. Do I have to use my account or the home account?

    For example

    Bruh123 (home account)

    JoeMama (my account that is having problems)

    Which account do I use to do the fix?

    I installed battlefield 5 as a trial it a bit uninstalled and today installed again with ea access and it still thinks I have the trial I'm reinstalling it but I'm not sure

    I have the same issue. Half a year ago I didn't have this problem, I could play online and play all the gamemodes. Maybe is it because of homeing with my friend? I own the game pass ultimate through him. Sby help!
