Did you preorder it digitally?

If so, you won't get a key.

You will get BETA acces as soon as the BETA starts.

Even on the website store? Cause then that's false advertising, cause I preordered just to play early and the website says that you will get the early access to the beta starting the forth.

When you pre-ordered the game from the Xbox store you won't get any keys. In fact after purchase a download will start which contains access to the beta. To download the beta simply search in the store for "open beta".. Unfortunately you have missed out
the early access day (4th of September)
