Battlefield 4 won't work

i just go the new xbox one s a few days ago and i got battlefield 4 for it. at first i got a pre owned game and when i tried to install it it said the disc may be damaged or dirty so i cleaned it but it still didn't work. i went back to gamestop and traded
it for a new battlefield 4 and this time it installed but it gets stuck on the loading (rain page)! i've tried soft rebooting hard rebooting by holding down the off bottom and shutting it completely off, i've also tried re installing it but it still didn't
work! any suggestion?

Certain games won't show recent players under the recent players list - Battlefield 4 works the same way.

 

New Battlefield

As mentioned, Battlefield 4 won't work from a flash or USB drive and needs to be downloaded to an internal HDD drive

 

try another hard reboot but this time unplug the power brick from the console and the outlet for a couple of minutes then while your waiting keep pressing the power button to drain out the remaining power then after a couple of minutes plug everything back
in and power back on and try the game again.

Use this a last resort. try a console reset by going to settings, system, console and updates then select reset console and choose to keep everything. your console will restart and go through a quick set up and you will sign in again. After your back on
the home screen try the game again.

 

Hi I've had exactly the same issue after purchasing a 2TB Xbox One S a little over a week ago and attempting to install a disc version of Battleborn last Thursday. I then came back the following evening and the installation was successful. However since
then repeated attempts at installing the Origins Edition of Overwatch from Xbox Live Store continues to stop the installation even after a reset and successful installation of Doom from a Download. Any further ideas or solutions on this?

 

Can't connect to the EA servers. Just keeps buffering and says "connecting". Really want to get Battlefield 1 but I've had problems connecting to the ea servers from time to time for the past month. What gives?
