Battlefield 4 will not work. PLEASE HELP!

So i woke up this morning and i turned my xbox on( its an xbox one btw) and i started to play battlefield 4. It goes to a loading screen with the rain and then there is 2 things that happens 50/50 of the time. 1. it stays in this 1st rain scene and is stuck
there and then finally backs out saying for some reason battlefield took too long to start. 2. It takes it to the recent snow background and its stuck there with the 3 white bars on the top going in a cycle and this never ends. Please help i would really appreciate
it.

HARD DRIVE/ DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS

Will not LET ME DOWNLOAD 2GB FROM BATTLEFIELD 4 DISC THAT IT SAYS I MUST HAVE TO PLAY. SAYS NO XBOX HARD DRIVE. WHAT CAN I DO BATT 3 WORKS !! PLEASE HELP

G'day tenebroso! Let's try power cycling the console next. Hold the console's power button for 5-10 seconds and allow it to shut down completely. Wait a full 30 seconds and then start it up again. Launch the game & let us know if you're able to get beyond
that one screen.

 

I'm having the same problem. I tried playing just a few minutes ago but I got stuck at the first load screen. I did a hard reset and the game got to the second screen but it still will not load. Does anyone know if EA is having problems on their end? I know
that they had some issues a few months ago, and this weekend is probably busy with video game playing.

 

I just did some browsing and it looks like some people are having problems getting into Battlelog, I tried signing in but the Battlelog website is going really slow. It looks like it might be a problem on EA's end after all, I would wait a few hours and
see if you can sign in then. It is the weekend after Christmas, their servers are probably on overload or otherwise they are being DDOSed like the Xbox and PS4 networks were a couple of days ago.

 

I have this issue too.... First the error now the for ever loading screen this is also happening to assassins creed unity but instead unity boots me to dashboard and gives me an error

 

Yea thats the thing, my friend got able to be on the main menu and see multiplayer and everything and then that didnt work. But mine wont even load through even when im not signed in to xbox live. So i know its not EA's end for my problem in particular.

 

Hmm, odd. I was able to finally play a couple of hours ago and didn't have many problems. It did take a while for me to connect, but after that I was fine. If you haven't done it yet I would suggest completely turning off the system by holding down the power
button and then unplugging it to clear the RAM and temp files. Maybe that will do something for you.

 

My son (toggyTokyo) and I STILL can't get the game to work. It gets stuck on the snow load screen and NEVER connects. Been an issue since Jan 3. This is after a 12 hour plus installation time as it would not load from disk and installed everything over
the net. never had issues with the 360. Very disappointed with xbox 1. Will return if not corrected shortly.
