Battlefield 4 Stuck in Snow load screen. Help appreciated.

Well I just recently got back into BF4 and I have had no issues the past coupe of days but now I am stuck in a Snowy Load screen. Occassionally it says it cant retrieve my sync info but i hit try again a few times and it works to get me back to the load
screen.

Steps already taken:

-While in load screen I remove disc and reinsert and it takes me to the menu to select multiplayer but says it cant connect to EA

-Restarted xbox and unplugged

-Quit apps and rebooted

Any more suggestions

old thread but my battlefield 4 stuck on a snow screen just after the city in the rain screen tried the hard reset wont do anything was working fine last night does anybody know how to fix this please

 

Xbox One stuck at green screen help

So I wanted to play some Gears 4 and my xbox has been stuck at the green screen for a while. Has anyone had this problem and is there any way to fix this? help would be very appreciated.

 

hold the power button for 5 seconds and unplug the power supply for 10 seconds it should work

 

yea i already did the hard reboot and unplugged it for the alotted time.still nothing. Thanks for the help though i just wish i could play while in the mood
