Hello Guys I bought the Xbox Forum My battlefield 4 These Days But I am having problems Discard Memory Unit To Save and Improve Quality Of Game Is Giving Error Hard Drive Should I Buy another or has a solution?

Hard Drive Not Recognised

I have two hard drives, one that came with my 360 and another 120gb one we bought for more room. When I first tried to configure the extra one, I accidentally configured the old one, deleting everything. But that was a while ago, and everything is solved
now.

However, the xbox only recognises the hard drives as memory units now. Again, no problem but Battlefield 4 requires a hard drive to play. So my question is: how do I get my xbox to recognise the hard drives again?

Can i download the same game on 2 hard drives?

Weird scenario but i just bought battlefield 4 for xbox360...i needed to buy the hard drive in order to install it so i am waiting 2 days for it to arrive. Can i download and play the game for the time being on a different console and hard drive then re
download it to my new hard drive when it arrives? or will it give me some bs that i already downloaded it on another console therefor not being able to play the game on mine? help

It is Normal Black Hard Drive i had to buy it to play Need for speed : rivals and Battlefield 4

I recently had the same issue. I was using a Seagate 1TB external hard drive. The xbox itself may not be the issue. It could very well be the hard drive itself. I plugged mine into another xbox, it did not read, also plugged into PC, did not read.
Possible the hard drive may have crashed and may just have to buy a new one.

I hope it is not a problem on the external hard drive as I can not buy another.

I will continue to look for some solution. If I can solve this problem, I will post an answer.

Try deleting the update you have for battlefield 4 than unplugging your hard drive plug it back In an then try playing battlefield 4 again

If you're talking about Battlefield 4, it must be downloaded on an official Microsoft Hard Drive. So memory sticks and 3rd party hard are not allowed and will not work.
