Battlefield 4 Premium

I transfered Premium from my friend but battlelog does not see it. I can play with premium on concole(xbox 360).EA support told me ask you about this problem.

Sorry to hear it. Did you buy
Battlefield 4 Premium or
Battlefield 4 Premium Edition?

I only ask because Premium is only like a season pass where the Premium Edition includes the game. If it was the Premium Edition then try going to My Games & Apps then Ready to Install if the game didn't already install to your console.

Sorry but content cannot be transferred from one gamertag to another. This would be the reason you are experiencing issues with it.

I also wanted to mention that trading gamertags in order to get content is considered marketplace theft and could result in the gamertag(s) and/or console(s) being banned from the Live service altogether.

 

License transfers do not transfer licenses between accounts. License transfers are only meant to be used in the event that you get a new console. They are not meant to be used to give free content to other accounts like that. As onyx stated, it could be
seen as marketplace theft and both of you could be banned.

 

The game crashed while trying to connect to the server. Now it says my save file is corrupted. Is there any way to recover my save? I'm only worried about multiplayer.
