Battlefield 4 premium

I love battlefield, I bought premium yesterday, but I can't play any of the maps. I unlocked the battle packs, it's installed and everything, but upon trying to join a server on a dlc map, the game brings up a prompt to purchase the dlc. If I select premium
it will say I already have it and can find it in my games and apps. I don't know what to do, this is trivial, but annoying nonetheless.

I searched around a bit on the internet and saw that at one point xbox was giving out refunds, I'd rather just wait until they fix it. Also, sorry if this is a repost, I tried to search for this but nothing came up.

Battlefield 4 Premium or
Battlefield 4 Premium Edition?

I only ask because Premium is only like a season pass where the Premium Edition includes the game. If it was the Premium Edition then try going to My Games & Apps then Ready to Install if the game didn't already install to your console.

on the dashboard, go to 'Games & Apps', select Battlefield 4 and push the menu button (where start was on 360) and select show all add-ons.

make sure you download all of them.
