Battlefield 4 Premium Transfer Problems

Hi, so after 5 hours of customer service on both EA and Microsoft I have still not been able to transfer my premium from 360 to One. I bought premium on my 360 way back in 2013 and I was under the impression that when I bought BF4 on the Xbox One (which
I did yesterday), my premium would transfer. When I go to the marketplace (from the dashboard and from the main menu) I am instructed that I still need to pay for Premium. No matter what I do I cannot get around it.

I have spoken with 2 people from EA Support, both telling me that EA cannot give out codes for premium, but microsoft can. I have transcripts of the chats where EA tells me that they can in fact see that I have previously owned Premium on my 360 and they
would give me the code if they had the authority to do so, but they do not. So I turned to microsoft support where I was made to wait for a long time between messages (I also have that transcript) where the person basically told me that he would update my
account and allow me to download Premium. So no, they did not give me a code (which would just make this situation go by so much easier.

So I guess what I'm asking is, can anyone who is actually competent, help me with this problem. What do I do? I was told in multiple places that premium transfers over but it has not. Do I try microsoft support again? Cause that experience was terrible...
took me an hour to get 10 lines out of the guy on the other end.

Battlefield 4 Premium transfer?

I bought an imported Xbox One, since it's not officially released in my country yet (Norway). I've played quite a lot of Battlefield 4 on my Xbox One, and now I want Premium for this game. Since I can't change the region on my Xbox One to Norway, and since
I can't add my billing info, I was wondering if I eventually could purchase Premium on my Xbox 360, then somehow get it over to my Xbox One. If someone knows that this works or have transferred Premium earlier, please let me know.

The offer is still ongoing on the battlefield website site it states the offer is extended until further notice im having the same trouble good luck

 

Did your account get updated for free? I am having the same problem and want to figure this out today before the price goes back up to 50 bucks.
