Battlefield 4 Premium problems.

So, just recently I bought BF4 Premium edition, downloaded everything, which, by the way, took me 2 days to install. But when I start up Battlefield 4, the Premium does not activate. I don't understand it but it doesn't activate and I can't complete any
of the Premium assignments or get the Phantom bow. Please help.

Sorry to hear it. Did you buy
Battlefield 4 Premium or
Battlefield 4 Premium Edition?

I only ask because Premium is only like a season pass where the Premium Edition includes the game. If it was the Premium Edition then try going to My Games & Apps then Ready to Install if the game didn't already install to your console.

I'm having the same problem! If it doesn't load I'm also out $49.99 for nothing!?? What the heck?!

 

My Battlefield does not even wants to go past the SNOW loading screen.

 

Guys, don't reply to this thread, it is actually a problem on EA's end, not Microsoft. Go to EA's website and look for their support section.

Actually, it's a problem on Microsoft's end, as I bought it on the market place. It is a known issue for players who bought BF4 premium edition, instead of BF4 then the Premium pass (separately).

Battlelog doesn't recognize us as premium member, and it's essentially because of Microsoft.
