Battlefield 4 Premium problem

Hi, I just purchased Battlefield 4 premium for my xbox one, but every time I go onto the server browser to play the new maps I just bought, it tells me to buy Premium. If I click it a message appears saying 'you already own this. You can find it in your
games and apps collection.'

Someone please help, this is very frustrating. Thanks in advance.

Battlefield 4 Premium or
Battlefield 4 Premium Edition?

I only ask because Premium is only like a season pass where the Premium Edition includes the game. If it was the Premium Edition then try going to My Games & Apps then Ready to Install if the game didn't already install to your console.

 

Try signing into battlelog and make sure your xbox ONE profile is active. Not sure if this will fix your issue but worth a shot.

I still cannot access the map content that i just purchased for $50. Anyone know what the deal is. Why is my premium purchase not working?

 

Happened to me too, Hard reset your Xbox (hold power button for 10 seconds). When it comes back on premium will work.

i got my BF 3 days ago viua ea access hub, lost my saves twice and today it says "insert disc" though its a digital games.

Try to delete the DLC's from your game collection and try to redownload them.

 

If you purchased the full premium you will still need to individually download each map pack when it prompts you, you won't have to pay for it again, but this seems to be the only way to install it. DICE didn't give much notice on that one....

I had the same prob, you need to install them indvidually, click the expansion pack after trying to join a multiplayer game and it says you already own this would you like to download, dont click the premium option just the induvidual expansions...

 

Ok, a few solutions, and you may have solved them but for anyone who will come to this feed. this is for you. I had the following problem: After purchasing BF4 Premium I could not access DLC. I had Battlepacks and Premium status, but could not access them
in game or in game market. Ever after individually downloading them I could not access them, as it still expected me to buy them in the server login. Possible solutions.

Renew leases.

Redownloading your profile to your console.

Going to battlelog and making sure your Xbox One soldier is active, or 360 if it be the case.

I actually had to go to battlelog to verify which soldier was active, likely due to the fact I transferred stats over. I'm sure there are other solutions as well and if you have further problems contact ME. Not a Microsoft employee as most of them aren't
even gamers or know what we are talking about.

heres the thing none of this will work for me, i got the premium digitally via my xbox one and signed into battlelog and nothing does not even show me as a premium member. contacted EA and they are clueless was told they would escalate it and it would take
a few days. contacted microsoft and that did not help.

went through the steps on my own then microsoft told me to do the same thing i already done still did not fix it, heres a few facts...

it is known that EA and battlefield game add ons are horrible and 9/10 times it does not fully unlock for you, i know this because almost all battlefield shortcut addons i purchased never unlocked all the weapons i did all this because i would always be
deployed and never had time to unlock things. now i find myself in the crapper with a BF4 premium game and not being able to access all the premium features in game and in battlelog. there's really something wrong with this game and the fact that to this date
it has not been fixed or had a major update to fix these issues just shows the disconnect between MS and EA...
