Battlefield 4 Premium Not Working with EA Access

So I contacted support on this... and I'm not exaggerating. 4.5hrs on the phone with them. I spend another 2hrs with EA support. It totalled 10 phone calls and I got the runaround from both companies, but we determined pretty definitively that it is a MS
issue.

EA Access promo says that you can get Battlefield 4, Battlefield 4 Premium, and All DLC's from the vault. All of this works, except you can't get Battlefield Premium.... It will let you download it, but it won't actually let you play it.

So for some reason this promo isn't working... and it's the whole reason I basically bought the new Xbox One... Support has "no tools" to deal with the issue.

I've seen other instances of people having this same issue as me, but no support channels have reached out.

Battlefield 4 premium membership add ons is not showing after downloading from EA access.

I have active Ea access and active Xbox Live Gold. From Ea access vault I have downloaded all the contents of battlefield 4 premium(main game,Premium Add-ons file and all the dlc s.) But my battle log profile of battlefield 4 is not showing that I have a
premium.Although for battlefield hardline it works like a charm.I have contacted with EA in this regard(of not showing my profile of battlefield 4 as premium) but they told me there is a problem of Xbox live...So plz help ASAP.

 

DLC content transfer from xbox 360 to xbox one...

Unfortunately there is nothing no one can do

Your only option would be two thing buy the ea pass which gives you access to battlefield 4 and some of the dlcs

And no the upgrade offers are only theruthe publishers

Refunds are handled only thru support phone call or chat however upgrade offers don't apply to refunds

There is no current upgrade offer for bf 4 you can however buy the ea pass and get bf 4 premium for free with the dlc

Hey, LudicrousFlea! It looks like you're currently playing Battlefield 4 on your console (based on your current activity on the website as I post this). Are you still having issues with this, or were you able to get it resolved?

 

I can play BF4, not BF4 premium though...

Battlefield 4 Premium isn't a separate game, it's just extra content for you to access in-game including the expansions

 

Yea, so what happens is, it allows you to install BF4 Premium as an add on, but in game, it says 'please install and pay for BF4 premium' in order to access BF4 Premium servers, maps and games etc.

It basically doesn't recognise.you have BF4 premium, and EA doesn't see it on their side either.

Did you install all Battlefield 4 content through the EA Access app, including the season pass?

I recommend
uninstalling Battlefield 4 from your Xbox One console (including Battlefield 4 Premium & all DLC that may be installed). Once you have removed all Battlefield 4 content from your Xbox One console, the next step is to power cycle your Xbox One console by
pressing and holding the power button until the console fully powers down.

Once the console has powered down, power on your Xbox One console and install all Battlefield 4 content directly through the EA Vault in the EA Access app. Be sure to let us know what the results are!

 

I did give that a shot a few times with support, but no go.

When you go to Manage Game for BF4 on your console, does it show the extra premium content available there for you to play?

 

Yep. I can download all the content, installed both BF4 and BF4 Premium. Can play BF4 and DLC maps, and even says BF4 Premium in the game title.menu. when you go to play premium games, it says to pay for premium and won't work. Seen online others with the
same issue.

When contacting EA, they said they can't see I'm a.premium member and Battlelog shows me as just a regular member as well. Essentially, when you install premium from Access, all the content is available, But EA can't see the entitlements on their end, so
you can't access premium service.

 

Further EA said they can't add entitlements or change this as it has to be done on MS side.

I have already contacted Xbox/Microsoft and EA support about this and already spoken to an ambassador as well.

EA said it's an Xbox/Microsoft issue and Xbox/Microsoft said it's an EA issue.

Battlefield 4 Premium is not working. I have tried everything and still not working. I can't even buy it from the store because I already own it.

I can play the game and all the add-ons, I'm just not getting the premium features.

I have tried uninstalling, deleting save game data and clearing my cache and I did a hard reset.

premium is not showing up in my purchase history yet when I try to buy it, it says I already own it.

I got it free through ea access sometime before the 17th of February 2017.

 

I recently started playing BF4, also from the EA Access vault and have the exact same issue.... Premium is installed, I can play all DLC maps, I even got the premium battlepacks and such, but my battlelog profile doesn't recognise that I'm premium so i'm
unable to do the phantom missions, which, admittedly i'm a bit late to the party to do anyway, but thought they could be a bit of fun. I notice a resolution was never communicated by Microsoft? EA told me it is a MS issue as well.
