Battlefield 4 Premium Not Transferring To Xbox One

Hello, everyone! I am trying to download premium for battlefield 4 on my Xbox one. However, I go to the marketplace and it tells me that it costs $49.99. I have already purchased premium on my Xbox 360 and was told that I am entitled to have a free premium
upgrade to my Xbox one. I chatted with microsoft, but they told me to chat with ea and ea says I am a premium member on the Xbox (which it says I am), but I still can't download the premium file for free since it wants me to pay $49.99 again. I think this
would be a microsoft issue since it doesn't give me the "download again" option instead of asking me to buy again. I think I need the premium file to download my dlc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, guys!

Thanks spoke to EA they are saying that the promotion has finished as far as they are concerned even when ive stated that its says on battlelog extended until further notice. As usual EA just after more money. Thanks for your help

You are correct. The following link does state that transfers are still valid until further notice.

What I would recommend is to contact EA again and let them know the link where it says that. You could also try contacting phone support for more assistance on this as well. Between the two contacts you should be able to solve the issue.

Perhaps someone was not aware that the premium pack upgrade was extended. Please use this link and try contacting both EA and Xbox support again for more assistance with upgrading your package.

Sorry but there was never an offer to transfer all DLC for Battlefield 4. A premium membership would have transferred but even then it was a time limited offer.

If you want the DLC I'm afraid that you'll need to repurchase it for the Xbox One console.

cut the offer to transfer premium from 360 to one

ok a discussion with a mate and both agreed to buy an xbox one ready for the next battlefield installment. Both of us ordered yesterday (saturday 19th).

Today he text me saying we can transfer battlefield premium. This is what I found on the BF website for BF4 Premuim:

"Seamlessly transfer your Premium membership from Xbox 360 to Xbox One and from PS3 to PS4."

ok sounds great but does that transfer stats and more importantly does it transfer all the expansions I have already downloaded on my current premium membership?

This is on a per publisher basis. When Xbox One launched they did offer upgrades from the 360 version to the Xbox One version but it was limited time.

If you have Battlefield 4 Premium then yes it will go with you to Xbox One as per the description of the 360 Premium addon "Owners of Battlefield 4™ Premium for Xbox 360 will also get Premium access on Xbox One."

However, if you bought the DLC's separately it is possible they won't migrate with you as they don't mention the same offer.

Hi DEPletion, I'll try to answer this as best as I can....

1. Save progress as in the campaign progresss of games like Battlefield 4? No they does not transfer.

2. Online progress does transfer over. FAQ found here

3. Yes your premium membership will carry over.

4. Those games will not be available to you on the Xbox One as the system isn't backwards compatible with Xbox 360 games. Hope that helps
