Battlefield 4 Premium issue -> Joystick doesn't work

I installed Battlefield 4 Premium from EA Access and I am not able to play the game.

The game starts, the following pop up message appear:

UNBLOCKED CONTENT

Thanks to became a Premium member! Access battle screen to receive your premium items for rookies. Come back each week to check for updates, like events and exclusive items!

Expansion Second **** unblocked!

Expansion China Rising unblocked!

Expansion Naval Strike unblocked!

Expansion Night Operations unblocked!

Expansion Community Operacions released!

Expansion Legacy Operations unblocked!

Press "A" to Ok.

At this point, any button on the remote control doesn't work. The only one which works is the X button that leaves the game.

I have also tried to remove all packs and install just Battlefield 4, I have also tried to install the Battlefield 4 and the expansions all together, but any combination I have tried worked.

PS: I also cleaned all game data.

Do you guys have any idea how to solve this?

joystick doesn't good work

In my joystickt directional livers doesn't good work. It's under microsoft warranty, because i bought it last december. How i can do to send my joiystick in the Microsoft assistance?

 

Battlefield 4 Premium Not Giving DLC For Free Fix

The explanation below will help solve the issue where you have Premium installed on your console for Battlefield 4, but some if not all of the DLC will be missing, and asking you to re-purchase the content. This fix was proven to work by Xbox Support, and
helped me fix my broken Premium after half a year of not playing the game. Give this post some attention so that more players facing this issue can get back out on the Battlefield.

:::Go into your Game Manager, and uninstall Premium from the console.

:::Go into the Xbox Store, and search for Battlefield 4 Premium. You will find a standalone Addon titled "Battlefield 4 Premium", not to be confused with the Battlefield 4 Premium Edition. (That's the full game).

:::In the game, you may have noticed it still detects your Premium membership, but Xbox will think that you don't own the membership, but you previously owned it. With this, Xbox will allow you to reinstall your previously owned Premium into your console.

:::Once you reinstall Premium, scroll down on the Store page for the Addon, and you will see all of the DLC that come with the membership, unlocked and ready for installation.

Sorry to hear about the issue. To clarify - does your Xbox One controller work with other games? Are you only experiencing joystick issues with Battlefield 4? Are you able to try a different controller to see if that helps resolve the issue?

I just have one controller so I didn't try other but I guess the controller is ok because I can play all other games with it, including Battlefield Hardline.

. The Guitar Hero Live dongle was the problem. I removed it and Battlefield recognized the remote control correctly.
