Battlefield 4 premium from xbox 360 to one..

So i got BF4 on the 360 and bought the premium since last year. all been well, playing on premium content (DLCs) and everything is fine.. last week i bought xbox one and BF4 copy too. on the initial start up, it asked me if i wanted to upgrade bla bla bla,
and i accepted that.. all my premium stats came over, even my screen says premium, but i all DLCs aren't available. i went to the store and it's asking me to buy them.. Premium add-on is for $4.99 ... i thought i wouldn't have to buy anything to get my DLCs??
can someone please confirm?

so, i spoke to EA support, the guy said offer expired.. :/ what do you mean expired??? he said i have to buy Premium again, or speak to Microsoft for them to activate Premium on my account for free... so i had a chat with Microsoft support, and they confirmed
the content made for xbox 360 (Premium DLCs) aren't transferable, except for the stats..

i'm stuffed.. i don't wanna pay again for Premium, cuz i own it!

suggestions?

Transfer

This is on a per publisher basis. When Xbox One launched they did offer upgrades from the 360 version to the Xbox One version but it was limited time.

If you have Battlefield 4 Premium then yes it will go with you to Xbox One as per the description of the 360 Premium addon "Owners of Battlefield 4™ Premium for Xbox 360 will also get Premium access on Xbox One."

However, if you bought the DLC's separately it is possible they won't migrate with you as they don't mention the same offer.

Battlefield 4 Premium on 360 transfer to new Xbox One?

I recently purchased Battlefield 4 premium pack on 11.22.2013 for my 360 and got a Xbox One for Christmas. Is it possible to transfer this pack from 360 to One and, if so, how?

Sorry you're upset. However, support is the last word on this. If they say all that moves over are the stats then I'm afraid you'll have to purchase the DLC for the Xbox One version of the game.

I have premium for battlefield 4 aswell my friend on 360 has the DLC but here on xbox one i have nothing it was supposed to be released yesterday why are we still waiting ?
