Discus and support Battlefield 4 Premium - EA Access in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My son has EA Access and B4 premium (all DLC) is meant to be free.     Battlefield 4 Premium - EA Access


    My son has EA Access and B4 premium (all DLC) is meant to be free. He has downloaded the main game however the message on the front screen clearly states that he will need to download the expansion packs individually via the store. When he goes to the store
    it lists the expansion packs however also states there is a cost for EA Access member. Naturally we've both reluctant to download in the event that he's charged for each of these.

    Final Stand is the only expansion pack which doesn't have a cost next to it.

    Did you buy ea access instead of battlefield 4 premiums

    That would explain your situation

    DLC content transfer from xbox 360 to xbox one...

    Unfortunately there is nothing no one can do

    Your only option would be two thing buy the ea pass which gives you access to battlefield 4 and some of the dlcs

    And no the upgrade offers are only theruthe publishers

    Refunds are handled only thru support phone call or chat however upgrade offers don't apply to refunds

    There is no current upgrade offer for bf 4 you can however buy the ea pass and get bf 4 premium for free with the dlc

    Did you buy premium for Battlefield 4 separately, or got it for free during the promotional period using an EA Access subscription? If free using EA Access subscription then you must subscribe again before you get access to the DLCs again.

    i bought it seperately, i did have ea access though, but i didnt get premium THROUGH ea access. all EA support technicians ive talked to said i owned premium but there isnt any help towards me. they havent told me anything else other than i have it.,

    Actually the 3pm was for ps3. I cut and pasted it from EA. Check another site and says anywhere from 2am to 6am PDT.
