Battlefield 4 Premium 360 Marketplace currently says that it will transfer to the Xbox One

Microsoft refuses to honor something currently written in black and white on their own website.

The end of the 360 Marketplace listing for BF4 Premium listing here:

Battlefield 4™ Premium

says "Owners of Battlefield 4 Premium for Xbox 360 will also get Premium access on Xbox One."

I've owned BF4 Premium for a couple years now and it did not give me Premium access on the Xbox One version. There is no expiration date stated. I based my decision to buy BF4 for Xbox One on the fact that my Premium would carry over. Calling and Chatting
with Microsoft support does not resolve the issue. The only thing I was able to do was rebuy the Premium on the Xbox One. (Someone suggested that if you purchase it again, the price actually goes to 0.00...which was not the case. It was on sale for $25.00).

At the time of purchase this was written (yesterday to be clear). Microsoft should honor what is published on their website and has been published on their site for years.

This is yet another example of Microsoft failing to meet their commitments.

Microsoft Support's guidance is for me to contact EA and ask them about this. This statement is published on a Microsoft website...not on an EA website. They are going to say they don't have to honor anything printed on the Microsoft website. Microsoft
needs to honor this.

Battlefield 4 Premium on 360 transfer to new Xbox One?

I recently purchased Battlefield 4 premium pack on 11.22.2013 for my 360 and got a Xbox One for Christmas. Is it possible to transfer this pack from 360 to One and, if so, how?

The reason support asks you to contact EA is because that offer is actually from EA and not Microsoft. The publishers are the ones who offer upgrade offers. So it actually would be a good idea to try contacting EA.

Hey there, BustedChain! I do see all of the pages saying that this should be honored. If you have had the Premium for your 360 for a while, you would had to "purchase" the Xbox One version then to get the benefits of the free upgrade. It should have, at
the time, done exactly what was suggested to you and go to $0.00.

Since it didn't for you, I'd like to dig into this a little bit. Once I have more information for you, I will be sure to post back in here. Hang tight for an update!

Hey, BustedChain! This promotion is still valid, and should be fixed at this point. I wanted to reach out and see if you are able to get the Xbox One version of Battlefield 4 Premium for free since you purchased the 360 version. What you will need to do
is call up support again, have them refund the discounted version of Premium that you received, and wait about 48 hours for the license to be revoked so that you can purchase it again.

Please let me know if you run into any further issues with this! We want to make sure you get what is advertised!

as I did not see the notification email about this post! If I have time in the next couple days, I will call support and get them to refund me the Premium and see if I can get it for free from my Xbox 360 Purchase. I'm just concerned that if I do this and
if it doesn't work, I will be without Premium and I won't be able to get it for the discounted price. Is there a way you can oversee this process for me? Can you initiate the credit to my account?

ok a discussion with a mate and both agreed to buy an xbox one ready for the next battlefield installment. Both of us ordered yesterday (saturday 19th).

Today he text me saying we can transfer battlefield premium. This is what I found on the BF website for BF4 Premuim:

"Seamlessly transfer your Premium membership from Xbox 360 to Xbox One and from PS3 to PS4."

ok sounds great but does that transfer stats and more importantly does it transfer all the expansions I have already downloaded on my current premium membership?
