    Battlefield 4 not working - is not recognizing my live gold


    Hello, i'm new to xbox, i've just bought this gaming device, bought battlefield 4 disc, and now i found that i need to pay to play multiplayer. Ok i activated my 1 month xbox live gold free sub, but the game is still not allowing me to play multiplayer.
    I reloged with my microsoft account, i reinstalled the game, and still not working.

    What should i do? i'ts very annoying to buy a new xbox and can't even play a payed game. Please Help!!

    a hard reset? like hold the power for 10 seconds ? or a factory reset ? because I've tried a hard reset and it did nothing

    i had this problem after downloading naval strike, i did a hard reset and it fixed it.
