Battlefield 4 glitch/bug or console please help!!!!!!!!

well recently my bf4 disc 1 is becoming unplayable it doesnt have any scratches and I even installed it and deleted all updates everything but it still isnt working when I join a server I get in normally but when I spawn in not even 10 sec later the error
message pops up and the game is still going on behind the error message so I dont think its the game can someone help me please

Battlefield 4 achievement glitch help

I can't seem to unlock any of the achievements that require you to complete campaign missions. Do i have to get all collectibles to get the achievements?

Gun Disappearing issues

Maybe we should start a Battlefield 3 "bugs and glitches" post and try to get it stickied, so all of the problems, and the console they occur on can be documented collectively.
