battlefield 4 freezing

i have read quite a few posts about this issue but i have not seen a straight up answer on how to fix it. i spent 60 dollars on the game and another 50 for the premium or however much it was, this is almost 100 dollars for a game that i cant play. in the
past hour i have restarted the game 5 times and have not been able to finish a multiplayer battle yet. is DICE or someone fixing this or is it time to get lawyers involved?

this game has been out for almost 3 months if im correct, why cant i actually play the damn thing? this is plenty of time to fix this.or it shouldnt have been released this way to begin with.

Xbox 360 freezing problem

My xbox 360 keeps on freezing when i'm playing games like Minecraft , Halo 4 and Battlefield 4 it mostly happens when I'm playing online via xbox live, I tried switching the consoles over but the freezing continues

 

Save data corrupted on first freeze

I wonder if these freezing issues on Battlefield 4 are also happening on the xbox one and the PS4? Anyone know?

 

I believe most freezing or "disc skips" are because of reader/disc errors themselves, and for what isn't either of those problems is server issues, it is hard to tell what the real problem is, but what of those three is very likely.

 

im not saying this doesnt happen but i find it hard to believe since i have absolutely no issues playing anything else.

The issue is on the game's end, not yours. BF3 was infamous for freezing in high-ticket matches, so the same is probably true for BF4.

 

well this is really ridiculous, i restarted my console 4 times yesterday and never got to finish a match so i took the game out and played madden and of course it played just fine.
