Battlefield 4 Download Page

I'm having issues with the download page in the game menu of Battlefield 4. Basically, I have the premium DLC and you need to access the map packs through the game page, but when I hit the "Store" tab on the BF4 menu it's just a loading bar and the DLC
never comes up. I tried deleting the game and re-installing it (along with the premium download), but I'm still have the problem. When my friend signs into his account the store section will load, so it seems to be a problem exclusive to my account. Any ideas?

I have bought a game, but I can't download

Today bought Battlefield 4 Premium, but when I go games to the page, there is no button to download, what should I do?

Hi, are you able to access this DLC through the Xbox Store instead of trying through the game?

If so, does it tell you to buy the DLC again, or does it say "Install Now"?

 

That seemed to have worked, don't know why I didn't try that in the first place. I swear the last time I tried it the map packs had a price tag rather than install.
