    Battlefield 4 disapeared from my dashboard


    Hi folks,my battlefield 4 game has disapeared from my dashboard,when I try to re download it,I get asked to pay again.

    I cannot get thought to a Microsoft advisor for love or money,I've been trying off and on now for over two months.

    I tried clearing my cache on my xbox one,nothing helps.

    Dude - this is a AAA title JUST released like two days ago. It's not for sale on the dashboard.

    My Xbox One isn't reading discs properly but their is no grinding noise?

    Now my Battlefield 4 won't start up and just sits at the initial loading screen for 5 seconds then kicks me to the dashboard. Send it in?
