Battlefield 4 Digital Copy Problem

When I start BF4 it does the normal loading screen and then takes me straight to the Multiplayer section of the home screen and won't let me move around or click anything. The background is still moving but I can't do anything. I've tried hard resetting
my xbox but it still happens. I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem and how they fixed it.

What Happens To your Downloaded Games When u send a console for repair?

I am going to send a console for repairs and i am worried if i don't get that exact console back i will lose my digital copy of Battlefield 4

Battlefield 4 Digital Copy Issue XB1

I purchased/downloaded this game using MS points a few days ago. Played for a few days. Now when I try to play it says I don't own it both on XB1 and at Xbox.com. Yet in my Transaction History my purchase is clearly there. XB1 keeps saying I need to
be logged in to Xbox live to verify purchase. I didn't think it needed to be online to play games. Come on MS get this stuff fixed. $60 wasted.

First, try holding the Xbox logo on the front of your console until it shuts down like the hard reset, but unplug the power cord from the back. Leave it unplugged for 5 minutes then try again. If you have the same issue, uninstall and reinstall the game

Thanks for the tip. I'm busy getting to avoid reinstalling as best as I can because I have limited Data on WiFi

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately Battlefield 4 is not available as a digital download for the 360 at this time. If you want to purchase the game you'll need to get a disc copy.

I actually traded in my copies of Forza 5 and BF4 and returned my sealed copies of DR3, Ryse and AC4 and went all digital. So much nicer to be able to just say "Xbox go to Battlefield 4" and have the game start right up.
