    Battlefield 4 CTE


    I am a part of the preview program, I am having a issue with the downloading of the Battlefield 4 cte and trying to move data around on my Hdd drives the download would not allow me to transfer the data. I then cancel the installation and I can not redeem
    the download now. Can Someone help me with getting another code?

    Sorry to hear it. First off head to My Games & Apps and scroll right until you see Ready to Download with the gamertag that purchased the item. If it is listed there you should be able to restart the download. It couldn't hurt to power cycle the console
    first by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

    If you encounter any further problems and feel that it is due to the preview program you should post to the preview forums.

    The Battlefield 4 CTE ended, DICE LA no longer runs the servers but whether they will do it for Battlefield 1 is unknown.
