battlefield 4 corrupted settings! xbox one

Every time i get on battlefield 4 on my xbox one it never saves my settings. I always half to set my settings because there geting reset every time i log on bf4. I had the same issue on the 360 where my data for bf4 got corrupted but it use to be u go into
your storage and delete the corrupted profile. Now that xbox one uses cload saving i dont know how to delete that corrupted saved profile anyone know how to bring your cload storage up?

try deleting your update for battlefield 4 and downloading it again because it could be corrupted

Well, I did contact EA. They not help at all and I think the problem is my saved profile for bf4 is corrupted. Since ya have this cload saving garbage i cant delete that saved profile because its corrupted. Is there some type of way i can check my cload
storage? Its only on battlefield 4 this happening on.
