Battlefield 4 - Buy button gone?

Hey, I wanted to purchase BF4 from the store. It was possible yesterday. So I ordered 3 25€-Cards which have been delivered just yet. So I redeemed them and wanted to buy BF4 - and it's gone. Did I really just waste 75€ for NOTHING or will it be buyable
again soon?

Double charged for DLC

Like dave said contact support. I clicked the buy button twice for Battlefield 4 digital. After calling support they removed the charge after 5 min.

How to download Battlefield 4 Premium on Xbox One?

I purchased Battlefield 4 Premium recently on my Xbox 360. Now when I try to get access to it on my Xbox One, none of the buttons or links work. It won't even let me buy it new. What should I do?

In Addition - It's buyable on the US Store, but not on the German one. :-(

I can see it in the UK store too, so not sure what's up.

Perhaps you're looking at the wrong version or something? Could you try accessing it through different links on the console? For example, through the Top Games Right Now and so on.

Alternatively, try this link:

store.xbox.com/.../9bf4c4be-71b2-41c6-bcc2-d61ac057e2f2

Does that link work? You should then be able to use those currency cards to purchase the game.

You can then download it on your console by going to My Games & Apps>Games and scrolling to the very far right until you see a grey pane, in which you should see a BF4 tile. Press A on it and confirm that you want to download and install.

Let us know how you get on.

I kinda need help for this im in the UK so i go GAME buy battlefield 4 then on the 22nd nov i take my battlefield 4 to GAME and trade it in for £40 then pay a extra £10 and i get battlefield 4 for xboxone am i right????
