    i owned battlefield a while ago, august more or less, and i had premium then, now i bought the game again but it shows that i have premium but it doesnt show me any of the DLC. i have all the free DLC and ones i purchased separately, but the premium DLC
    doesnt show. i got lied to by some support team idiot telling me id get the code in 5 business days and that was complete and utter ****. now i ask what i can do because not only have i gone to EA games to find this problem out but at the same time i uninstalled
    and reinstalled and it did nothing.

    Did you buy premium for Battlefield 4 separately, or got it for free during the promotional period using an EA Access subscription? If free using EA Access subscription then you must subscribe again before you get access to the DLCs again.

  5. i bought it seperately, i did have ea access though, but i didnt get premium THROUGH ea access. all EA support technicians ive talked to said i owned premium but there isnt any help towards me. they havent told me anything else other than i have it.,

    Have you been able to verify on
    commerce.microsoft.com
    where you have the purchase listed for the content? You'll be able to check in your purchase history. Also, if you're not able to see it in your history, is it possible that you might have obtained the content through game sharing
    with a friend? Do you have any other accounts on your console? If so, it's worth checking to see if they're able to download the content as well.

    then you'll need to speak with our Chat/Phone team to take a closer look at your account. We're not able to handle billing or account issues over the forums. Which this would then be a billing or account issue at that point. You can
