Battlefield 4 and Thief have cloud sync issues and only play in offline mode

like it says in the subject those 2 games are causing me much grief with this inability to sync to cloud and will not play in online mode.

the error code i get is 0x80832003 and when i go to xbox.com/errorhelp like it says and input the code it tells me there are no results with this.

so am i up *** creek without a paddle?

Sync cloud data not working again and again....

I've owned an xbox one for a week and had nothing but issues. Currently i cannot sync Fall-out 4 to the cloud. When i go to play offline it somehow only has much earlier saves. Consequently i have lost around 10 hours of play time. I also have repeated
issues with connection to the xbox store. I have to delete my profile and re-install it nearly every time i turn on the xbox to connect to the store. I have 25mbps downloads and 10Mbps uploads so problem isn't at my end. Will be returning to the store and
getting a playstation instead. This is a heap of junk.

internet connection may still be required

forza 5 has and has always had tow modes of offline play. regular ai and ai that plays like real people have played online using the cloud. that was always an optional thing.

titan fall has allways been an online only game it doesnt have an offline mode.

EA and Xbox Live were having issues recently with a lot of their games, this should have been resolved now, when was the last time you tried to play either of the games?

This issue was reported on Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage at the time, but it is now classed as up and running.

Similar issue to this, and my problem may be game specific. As live service was down, when I played Thief, it tried to synch and eventually offered me "offline", but then after a few mins play it it told me my proifile had been disconnected and booted me
back to the Thief main menu. I resolved this by setting the whole console to "Offline", but when I went into thief, I noticed that my saved game from the previous night (when I WAS online) wasnt the one I was playing on my console, i.e. the Chapeter I completed
the night before was ot longer completed. So it seemed pointless to me to play "offline"

As I say, not sure if this is specific to Thief. I understand the synching, but I would have expected the version in my offline mode to be the same as the latest version I synced before
