    Battlefield 3 premium content code not working


    There are 2 scenarios for redeeming this code :

    Redeeming from the xbox itself , in which case i get the " code not valid " message or if i redeem it from the website , it sends me to checkout and after i press the finish button , an error pops up. What should i do?

    I just purchased Battlefield 3 Premium???

    Battlefield 3 Premium is only DLC contents(add ons) for BF3.

    Battlefield 3 game is still not available on Games on demand.

    I know this may be a dumb question but do you own Battlefield 3?

    Battlefield 3 Premium is a content add-on for Battlefield 3 not a playable game.

    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     or if you're from US or Canada, call them via: 1800-469-9269. This is so they can check your code's status using their tools.
