Battlefield 3 on XBOX One keeps freezing

Does Battlefied 3 freeze anywhere in particular or just at random? If you haven't already given it a go, please try a power cycle on your Xbox One (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it fully powers off). If the power cycle doesn't help clear
up the freezing, try uninstalling the game and re-installing to see if there's any change. Keep us in the loop with how it goes.

lets do this:

1. play the battlefield 3 in other console. IF works normally the issue is not the disc, is your console.

2. go to SETTINGS, select SYSTEM, then go to STORAGE. you'll see the two storage devices, your Hard Drive and the clouth.

3. highlight your hard drive (HDD) press Y button and select CLEAR SYSTEM CACHE. do this 3 times.

4. then press A button in Hard drive (HDD), select games and apps and search for corrupted data. appear as an yellow circle with an exclamation sign inside. you gonna delete that corrrupted data. PLEASE VERIFY THE DATA OF THE BATTLEFIELD 3

5. the last step will be delete the game and reisntall back again. but i just want to avoid an error when reinstalled the game.

Certain games will freeze your console because of in-game glitches. For example Battlefield 3 will freeze on my Xbox 360 because the game lasted so long, and when it gets to the end of the match it freezes.

I wonder if these freezing issues on Battlefield 4 are also happening on the xbox one and the PS4? Anyone know?
