Battlefield 2042 Series X

Hi, I've been trying to find an email address for Microsoft support but it's impossible to find so I'll just post this here. I'm not trying to receive attention, I intended to privately provide my feedback and I won't be denied even if no one ever reads this, I don't care. I just want to know for myself that I attempted to let someone at Microsoft/Xbox know that because Microsoft and Xbox brand doesn't support or protect long time customers that have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on your products between software and hardware over the years since Xbox 360 from products like Battlefield 2042 by EA/Dice, I'm taking my business elsewhere going forward. The way Battlefield 2042 was handled by Xbox is pathetic, it's not me being angry for no reason or part of some small angry minority, no one is happy with BF2042 it's a barely running multiplayer game that doesn't even have VOIP or a proper scoreboard. Try to be more like steam in situations like this, we all know you have the money to do so and refunding a digital game costs you nothing other than a sale. Why is it so hard to just remove my rights to the game and charge it back? I tried to refund in November/December I think it was when it was new and was denied, figured I'd try again since it's been some time and the game hasn't improved. Now I don't even have an option to contact support and you guys outright lied to Paypal when I filed a dispute saying the game doesn't work as intended even though I provided picture evidence of all my claims, so even Paypal buyer protection is useless apparently. Hope robbing me of the $87.97 was worth it, it's the last you'll get from me. Tired of these big companies stepping all over people like we don't matter. Oh well, lesson learned and rant over.
