Battlefield 2042 refund

Can I have a refund please for this game? It's really a mess..I only have few hours of playtime. As I preordered in June 2021 I was not able to use the refund UI in december when it launched.

Please help here as this game is far away from what they promoted it would be.

It's sales of goods act.

Same for me, no refund , microsoft telling keep your broken game, its 2021 and we still have things like this . Do the people how denied or accept refund even now whats happing in battlefield 2024, dont think so, but there happy with 100 dollar

depends, if in the UK then distant seller law applies and as the game is well and truly faulty, very known and the devs have not fixed it in an appropriate time frame, then Microsoft have to do something about it. this is where phone support would have to help or the company will be breaking the law and therefore risk losing their licence to operate in the UK.
