So far they have done the right thing. Going back in time and with less reliance on lock on and red dot sighted weapons. I'm excited for both the multiplayer and the campaign in equal doses. Something that hasn't happened to me since Badcompany 2. If this
is as good as that then I'll be buying less Singleplayer games again as this will be my main online shooter.

Battlefield 1

Has anyone had problems downloading Battlefield 1. I bought a new console yesterday and it was downloading and then an error message 0x80131505. Please Help.

 

@RippenHarra yeah bad company 2 is a masterpiece easily my favorite MP game and that veitnam dlc was amazing loved how they had CCR always playing in the main menu brilliant

 

lol only from Video Game Forums and Video Game Culture could someone say "looks boring" from an event of a World War. I think it's pretty funny how so many people only assumed (and still assume) WW1 was a "trench" and "1 gun that
shot 1 bullet".

For those not into history, WW1 established the concept of "modern warfare" and much of everything used today in "modern warfare" is built on the heritage of what was created in WW1.

 

Well they have my attention. Haven't played a battlefield game since Bad Company. Hope there is justice for the game. Would have prefered a WW2 theatre in the pacific, but I look forward to this interpretation of a WW that I don't know much about...if there
turns out to be aliens or future soldiers that give advanced tech to WW1 allies to win the war just so people can MP imma b ***...

 

Definitely getting this.There's been a severe lack of games set in WW1 over the years so hopefully this will do it justice.

 

It look like garbage, historically inacorrect.

 

I think it looked cool from the trailer. It's a fresh change of pace for a console shooter.

Also, I do not think it looked boring at all. It looks like a game that may get me back into MP gaming.

 

The first fps I've been excited about in year's... Looks awesome.

The last cool WW1 based game I've played was Snoopy Flying Ace. Playing as Peanuts characters imposed as WWI infantry, dogfighting in the skies in Paris. I so loved the historical context and simple, cute interface and controls.

As for BF1, I would love the concept of grounded warfare again. Not sure about flying tho, I hate flying in video games.

 

I think this BF will out shine the next COD. if I had money buy those two. I but next COD for MW1 and this for the whole dam nine yards.
